The rain started 10 miles into the ride and got heavier are lunch. Just to give you an idea how wet it was, near Leek with the rain pouring down I was going up a 1:7 hill and about half way up my back wheel was losing grip, I was spinning on the road. I got my foot off the pedals quick and walked the rest of the hill. As I was going up another hill the rear wheel started clicking. I stopped and checked the wheel and all seemed OK but was making this clicking sound. Took to bike shop the next day (Day 9) |
